Everyone Im sure is tired of seeing the same news day after day.. but really can't make the effort to post something new.. so i will

First, thanks to everyone for their good wishes on behalf of Rakesh and Sindhu since they seem too busy/shy to say it.

Then Im home at Ooty and was welcomed suitably by a day of no-power. Still its good to be home among cool greens and blues and greys. Although I did enjoy my Madras sojourn tremendously.

News from and of other people...

Dachu is in Australia, is in Orange with Prashanth and is hopefully drinking orange juice (her own pj)
Sindhu moved very reluctantly ( absolutely shades of the reluctant schoolboy) to a hostel in VElachery
Sajit has been taken ill (mostly homesickness and a little dash of fever) and Kap has rushed to Trichy to soothe his fevered brow
Goutham launches a new project soon
Lalli Aunty is having a grihapravesam of her new home in the company of Karthy and kids
Haru tackles Final exams soon in November
GG tackles Dhruv, Karthik and her poor patients everyday, bullying them all to have Caesars
Nandhika will have her arangetram on Oct 29
MRG retires in NOv after being promoted as JD, Namakkal

Ruin of a Fine Famile

See, I can't even spell right...

Here we were, going on like clockwork. Rise at 5, workout,eat a healthy breakfast(with orange juice) , leave for work, come back, chat a little, some boring tv, nutritious dinner(with eggs and cheese and ..butter), bed at 10 with an even more boring book which put us promptly to sleep.
The laundry got done, the shopping dazzled, the house shone with order. We kept pace with everyone on the phone, answered email, were polite and considerate.

And then came the Tv series ..Mentalist into our lives..

Saturday, Dachu and I watched one episode and then another and then another....
sindhu left inbetween to book her hostel. Came back indignant to find nothing had changed in the house except the CD player. Dachu had her laptop open... to do some office work.. which she never looked at till Monday morning.
'put on the next episode ma, Im taking a break' she said.
'from what?'
'from holding the laptop on my lap.

now its down to 2 episodes every night.

And the best part is, its not even that great a series, just very addictive.

hired a servant from 1st. after a week i questioned her regarding her shabby work. her reply was my house was too dirty and that i shoild look at neighbours sink and bathroom . and she resigned her job.

so i am cleaning up the house before hiring the next servant.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1.
