all these photos were taken during pongal in 90 sivananda colony
.paati in her nighty and her hair cut.thatha as usual opening and closing water taps.the auto u see in paati photo is one of our servants husband's auto.in anotherphoto sindu and rakesh anna are eating the sugar cane pc chitappa peeled for them(reminds me of thatha doind the nongu peeling for me).the group photo was taken while sindu and rakesh anna were starting back home to chennai.u can see the thirunuru(ash)in their forehead.
i have to go to help mom in packing.she will go mad if i keep writing more stories.
