Mission Impossible

hi everybody,
sanju and me are on a mission impossible--- killing off all the ornamental fish in chennai.
we have a small goldfish bowl where in we have just started an aquarium. but the fish keep dying and we keep replinishing the stock. we are on our 10th pair of fish within the last 1 month and one died today. of course we buy the cheapest fish available.

Dear Kappu,
I lost 6 gold fishes and 2 platties suddenly in my big tank where I maintained them for 7 months. The reasons 1.over feeding 2. algal growth. In your case A bowl is not good. Go for a small rectangular tank and buy first guppies. This might work for you.

Fish is something I would find it difficult to accept as a pet , somehow feel they are trapped in , sorry but that has been my feeling maybe due to a bit of claustrophobia that i have

thanks aunty and ravi,
. even i would prefer a bigger tank ,but maintaining it is a problem .
left to me i wouldnt keep fish but as sanjay wanted some pet and in a flat options are very limited -it had to be only fish

We know who looked after Sandy mostly; maybe that is why your Mom doesn't want to get another one, Sajit.
And then your father will beg me to come and stay there and loose the dog.
