Saw the film with Anya at our local multiplex. Did not have any expectations apart from it being a SRK film. It was good entertainment, there is a fair bit of tamil dialogue in it which makes it even more enjoyable. They show a bit of the Rameswaram bridge, my dad had worked on its construction for a year. Anya surprisingly liked it a lot, as there are familiar scenes where there is bounty of food and people are force fed saying 'sappidu sappidu'. Had also seen Raanjahnaa recently, ARR's music was outstanding, so was Dhanush.

The Nizam's City
Hyderabad was a total holiday trip. Its the ultimate luxury when you don't have to wash even a spoon or make even your own coffee. And get chauffeured around.
We shopped till the kids screamed. Possible with no husbands around. And ate of everything the city had to offer during ramzan. And visited a few parks. NO history or museum or old fort. And no Ramoji city. Gigi was very firm about that.

Moms enjoying their kids 'enjoying' themselves.
you can see who had the most fun

Rain
Listen to the heartbeat,
Going
drip, drip, drip.
The water splashing at your feet ,
The water splashing at your feet ,
Sometimes
stinging like a whip.
You can
tell when it’s coming,
You can
tell when it will go.
When
finally the sun comes out,
Emerges
a gleaming rainbow.

hello advaith
Hi
My working life is not as interesting as Kappu's with rats,
we have the occasional spider. They are called money spiders, so we just take them out and not kill them.
Just preparing reams and reams of documents for my yearly appraisal. It is not enough that I keep myself up to date, I have to reflect on what I have read etc. There are audit cycles as well.
Early next year I have my 5 yearly revalidation.
I draw pictures for kids and the current one's I do is Peppa pig, thought i will quickly do one for Advaith. When the kids got to see my colleagues they refuse to leave the room as there is no picture at the end.
Had a patient the other day complaining of a fishy discharge, 'And the funny thing Dr Raj is I don't like fish or eat fish' .... pretended to be very interested in what she had to say.
